Arma crashes on mission connect with memory exception

before joining an Exile server, load the map in editor and then join the server
change the Parameter: -malloc=JEMalloc_bi in Arma3 Launcher in parameters tab
Launch the game and join the server in window mode then switch to fullscreen (ALT+TAB)

Arma crashes on mission connect

It could be, the server has a new missionfile and cannot overwrite the old one. Press WIN + E key to open windows explorer. Type in adressbar %AppData%, navigate one folder up. Go in Local -> Arma 3 -> MPMissionsCache and delete (in this case) Exile.Tanoa. Alternatively you could also just wipe the complete folder contents because arma checks for missing files on joining the server and downloads them if neccessary. Restart Arma.

Randomly kicked some minutes after login

This usaually happens when your files signatures don't match. Check your Arma files with Steam: Steam -> right click on Arma -> Properties -> Local files -> Verify local files. If you have a small download, some files were corrupted and will be replaced.

Randomly falling through bridges

Unfortunately we currently don't know why this happens. If it happened to you, write us in discord #support or join our teamspeak. If you wanna try to handle it by yourself and you have the ability to use a strider/BRDM2: tow the fallen vehicle and pull it out carefully.

Explode while purchasing a boat

Yeah. The boatspawn in Exile is like playing russian roulette. Except the boattrader at Muaceba (Safetrader). This seems to be the best bet to purchase a boat. If you try another boattrader, please ensure that you are not fully geared and with a ton of poptabs ;)

Arma stürzt beim Mission laden ab

Es ist wohl so, dass die Missionsdatei nicht ersetzt werden kann.
Im Windows: öffnet den Windows Explorer WIN + E Tasten und gebt in der Adresszeile %AppData% ein. Navigiert einen Ordner hoch und folgt dem Pfad: Local -> Arma 3 -> MPMissionsCache. Löscht die betreffende Missionsdatei (in unserem Fall) Exile.Tanoa. Eigentlich könnt ihr alles in dem Ordner löschen. Arma läd die Dateien ohnehin beim connect neu, wenn diese nicht verfügbar sind.

Ab und an gekickt ohne Grund

Im Log steht meistens, dass eure Signaturen der Dateien nicht zu denen auf dem Server passen. Das liegt oft an den lokalen Dateien. Geht in Steam -> Rechtsklick auf Arma -> Eigenschaften -> Lokale Dateien -> Lokale Dateien überprüfen. Wenn er was downloaded, war etwas nicht korrekt und er läd die betreffenden Dateien neu. Startet das Spiel neu.

Gelegentlich durch die Brücken fallen

Wir kennen das Problem, wissen aber auch nicht warum. Wenn es passiert kommt in discord #support oder teamspeak. Wenn ihr selbst was probieren möchtet, nehmt euch Strider/BRDM2 und versucht das Fahrzeug vorsichtig rauszuschleppen.

Beim Boatkauf explodiert

Yeah. Das passiert ab und an. Ausgenommen der Boattrader bei Muaceba (Safetrader). Das scheint der zu sein wo der Spawn gut geht. Solltet ihr dennoch einen anderen benutzen, dann stellt sicher, dass ihr nicht in Vollausrüstung und mit den Taschen voller Geld hingeht ;)
